Terms of Service
Payment Policy
- At the time of booking 30 % of the total package cost needs to be paid.
- Before 30 days of date of travel: 50% of Total Cost
- Before 15 days of date of travel: 100% of Total Cost
- In case the payment is not made as per the Payment Policy or schedule of payment, the client will be liable to no refund and no credit Voucher.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- We would love to host you, but in case you are unable to travel as planned and need to cancel your booking, do not worry. Our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast Credit Voucher.
- 30 days before travel date 30% of total package cost needs to be deducted – Credit Voucher will be issued after the deduction.
- Between 29 to 10 days before travel date 50% of total package cost needs to be deducted - Credit Voucher will be issued after the deduction.
- Between 9 to 0 days before the travel date 100% of total package cost needs to be deducted.
- The applicable Credit Voucher will be sent to you on your registered email id within 72 Hours from the date of cancellation.
- The Credit Voucher shall be valid for one year from the date of Cancellation.
- The credit Voucher can be redeemed against the equivalent or higher amount of the booked package amount.

Terms & Conditions
- All payment must be cleared before the trip start or suggested date whichever is earlier.
- Between 30 to 15 days before the travel date 50% of the total package cost needs to be paid.
- Between 14 to 3 days before the travel date 20% of the total package cost needs to be paid.
- The shared rate is only for the proposed holiday itinerary. Safar Raahi does not hold any confirmed reservations without advance payment.
- The same is subject to availability at the time of Payment tour cost may change based on the actual availability at the time of booking.
- All sightseeing & and transfers are as per the tour itinerary point to a point basis (Car not on Disposal. Any addition to the itinerary at the last moment is subject to time and availability & and might attract additional cost.
- In case a proposed hotel is sold out, a similar category or upgraded hotel shall be provided.
- In case roads are blocked due to landslides, political unrest, or heavy snowfall, alternate sightseeing shall be provided also (Company) shall not be responsible if a few places are missed due to all the above reasons.
